I look like some sick drug addict in the photo above. My right eye still seems red and swollen. I went to the doctor today and he told me to snip my fringe off as it has somehow prevented my eye from healing as the dirt from my hair enters my eye. And straight away, I went to get it chopped off. Seriously, I did not care whether I was going to look funny or anything, I just went for it. Maybe I’m just sick of my eye being in pain and I just need a solution fast.

Anyway, that photo depicts my new fringe. I know, it’s just short. I’m going to pretend I can see these few days, or weeks. I lost my glasses in camp and I’m not allowed to wear any contact lenses. I wish I didn’t have to go out but I do. I am relatively disheartened by all these but it’s okay.

I know, time will heal the pain. Not just physically, but emotionally..
